Don’t be pressurized into buying a mattress or accessory after trying it out for just 20 minutes in a showroom. It takes time to develop a relation with your mattress, so try our mattress for 101 nights and if you’re still not satisfied we will come home to pick up the mattress and provide a full refund.
As we all know that it takes time to build a relation and trust so, we at Spinecure Mattress advice you to use the mattress for a minimum of 30 days before deciding to fill a return. Return for Website purchases must be made directly via our website, through email at info@spinecure.co.in. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to order the mattress. If the account is closed / or you require refund in a different card please let us know well in advance to make the arrangements.
We will be sending you packaging material and documents for the reverse pickup after you have filled for a return. Your mattress will be scheduled for pick up within 7 – 10 working days.
Terms and conditions for the 101 Nights Risk Free Trial Offer:
- 101 Nights Risk Free Trial is applicable for the first 100 nights from the date of delivery. In case of a swap between different models, 101 Nights offer will be still calculated from the Day 1 the first mattress got delivered.
- 101 Nights Risk Free Trial is applicable only on standard size mattresses. Non standard size (Custom Size) mattresses do not fall under 101 Nights Risk Free Trial Offer.
- 101 Nights Risk Free Trial is not applicable when you purchase a mattress from Spinecure Original series.
- You may decide to return the mattress any time before the end of 101 nights for a full refund. In case any free gifts are provided with order, the refund will be after deducting the free gift cost at the time of return.
- Return and Refund on 101 Nights Risk Free Trial offer will be not be applicable if the product falls under Exception to Return/Refund under 101 Nights Risk Free Trial.
- Our 101 Nights Risk Free Trial offer applies only to original purchaser of genuine Spinecure Mattress purchased from www.spinecure.co.in or any other website authorised by Spinecure. • This policy is limited to one return per household per year.
- Please retain a copy of your purchase invoice as proof of purchase. You’ll need to submit this to make a refund claim, without it, Spinecure Mattress reserves the right to reject any claim under 101 Nights Risk Free Trial Offer.
- Returns will be accepted only if the product fulfils the Return Criteria (Return Policy).
- We require you to supply photographs of the mattress while opting for a return. Failure to send appropriate photographs may result in return request being cancelled.
- The return requests must be exercised no later than the 102nd day from the date of delivery of the mattress.
- Returns will be inspected and picked up within 7- 10 working days of raising a return request
- The final decision on refund under 101 Nights Risk Free Trial offer will be made by Spinecure Mattress. The company reserves the complete right to refuse any request claim if it doesn’t fulfill the Terms and Conditions of the 101 Nights Risk Free Trial Offer
