Thank you for visiting and shopping at spincure.co.in. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
- All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- All orders will be delivered within 7-9 days, if not problems are faced from the courier partner. If there are problems faced then the product delivery will be affected accordingly.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on your location and the type of shipping selected based on available options at the time.
- Express delivery is only available in limited pin codes, we are working to expand the list of serviceable pin codes for express delivery and will be updating the same regularly.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur and you can reach out to info@spincure.co.in to enquire about the status of your order. Please give 48 hrs during normal BWD (Business Working Days – Mon to Fri, 10AM – 5PM IST) for us to get back to you.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- spincure.co.in currently only ships to addresses within the Indian Sub-Continent and any orders outside India cannot be accepted at this time.
- Please note that currently, we do NOT ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses and any orders with these addresses may be canceled at any time due to non-serviceability.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
spincure.co.in ships the product with a fully furnished GST Invoice in line with the statutory requirements to execute this sale – any local taxes, levies, or other charges applicable on your order is not the responsibility of the website and/or its subsidiaries, partners, parent company or representatives. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes except GST, etc.).
Damages
- We do our best to ensure that all packages are well packaged with the required protective layers based on the products purchased to ensure the items are delivered to you intact and without any damage.
- However in the rare case that there are still any damages of the same, please do get in touch with us with images of the product and original packaging as delivered to you. Kindly note that you would be required to file a claim with the shipping partner for transit damages, meanwhile we will do our best to resolve your issue in any way necessary to ensure your experience on the delivery does not taint your experience of our products or services.
- All the approved exchange/defective and replacement will be completed within 15 -20 business working days at the sole discretion of Spinecure Home Solutions Pvt Ltd.

We currently do not ship outside the Indian subcontinent.

How to Initiate a Return:
- Call our Spinecure Customer service team at +91 7066007755 or you can email us at info@spincure.co.in to raise a return request.
- We offer return within the first 3 days from the date of your order being delivered. If 3 days have passed then we will not provide any kind of return or refund.
- Fill in a Simple and easy order return form provided by Spinecure.
- Your return will be validated, and you will hear from our team within 24 to 48 hours.
- We will keep you informed all the way through email or Phone.
- Our customer team will contact you to check your availability and inform that we will be sending packaging material and documents for the returning product.
- A zipper cover will be provided to cover and protect the mattress during transport.
- Transport copy will be provided from your address to ours. Please stick the copy on the zipper cover.
- Hand over the Product and other documents to our courier partner when he comes to collect the return.
- Once, the return has been picked up and delivered to our factory, we will process your refund. Normally it takes around 10- 12 working days to credit the refund to your account.
Refund Policy Terms:
- The free gifts provided with the mattress cannot be returned.
- When returning the mattress, the amount of the free gift will be charged based on the selling price on the website at the time of return.
- Please note that Spinecure will accept returns for cotton mattresses only in the case of manufacturing defects. No other reasons will be acceptable for initiating the return process.
- The return process usually takes around 25-30 days. It could be more if there are any unforeseen circumstances faced during the return process.
- Spinecure Mattress reserves the right to delay the return process due to unforeseen circumstances which could be more than 45-60 days.
- Spinecure Mattress reserves the right to deduct transportation costs for the return process.
- In some situations, there is a possibility that it would take around 15-20 working days to credit the refund to your account.
- In Case of any Refunds Approved by " Spinecure Home Solutions Pvt Ltd" . It will take up to 6 to 8 days for the refund to be credited to the end customer.
