BUT THEY SENT ME Spinecure Soft Cotton Foldable Bed Mattress, Firm Gadda For Floor And Bed Mattress (Orange) Rs. 999.00. STILL NOT GIVING REPLACEMENT OR REFUND. THIS IS KNOWN AS "CHEATING" THE CUSTOMERS.

I ordered Spinecure Soft Cotton Foldable Bed Mattress, Firm Gadda For Floor And Bed Mattress (Orange) × 1
King / 3" / 72" X 72"- Rs. 1,899.00.
But they sent the wrong mattress as a Single bed size 3/ 36X72 mattress. I asked for replacement as per my order.
I had contacted through Whatsapp and made a call to your Customer service team at [****] and through email also many times from 27/03/2024.
But still there is no response. When ever I asking for the above replacement issue, they told that with in two days we will solve the issue. But from 27/03/2024 there is no response from Spinecure end. They were not initiate replacement or not initiate refund. I think this is the only worst online purchase for me.
