Fabric & Packaging Note

This mattress uses practical everyday-use polycotton fabric specially selected for durability, breathability, and long-term usage.

Due to factory packing, transportation handling, and the natural texture of polycotton fabric, the surface may sometimes show slight fabric impressions, packing marks, or fiber settling appearance when opened for the first time. This is completely normal for freshly packed cotton mattresses and does not indicate a used product.

For best appearance and comfort, we recommend:

• Gently spreading the mattress for a few hours after opening
• Lightly patting or fluffing the mattress surface after unpacking
• Using a bedsheet or mattress protector during regular use

Once opened and set properly, the mattress naturally settles into its intended shape and finish

Return & Product Usage Policy

At Spinecure, we work with a factory-direct model to provide comfortable and practical mattresses at highly affordable pricing without unnecessary retail markups.

This Light-Filled Foldable Mattress is specially designed as an economical everyday-use bedding solution, and to maintain this value-focused pricing along with hygiene standards, this product falls under the Non-Returnable Category.

We request customers to carefully review the product size, specifications, thickness, and intended usage before placing the order. Our support team is always available to help you choose the correct mattress prior to purchase.

Why This Product Is Non-Returnable

Unlike premium luxury mattresses with significantly higher margins, this mattress is offered as a practical and budget-friendly bedding solution directly from the factory.

The pricing structure is carefully optimized to provide:

• Affordable pricing
• Direct factory value
• Lower transportation costs
• Everyday practical comfort

Because mattresses are personal-use hygiene products and involve high reverse logistics handling, returns on this category of product are not feasible while maintaining the same economical pricing for customers.

This policy helps us continue offering quality products at honest factory-direct prices.

In Case of Manufacturing Defect or Transit Damage

Customer satisfaction remains extremely important to us.

If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or major transit damage, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with product images/videos for verification.

Fabric & Packaging Information

This mattress uses durable polycotton fabric designed for practical everyday usage.

Due to factory compression packing, transportation handling, and the natural texture of polycotton material, the mattress surface may occasionally show slight fabric impressions, packing marks, or fiber-settling appearance immediately after opening. This is completely normal for freshly packed cotton mattresses and does not indicate prior usage.

For best results, we recommend:

• Allowing the mattress to settle for a few hours after unpacking
• Lightly patting or fluffing the surface after opening
• Using a bedsheet or mattress protector during regular use

Important Purchase Notes

Please note the following before ordering:

• Orders placed with incorrect size selection may not qualify for replacement or exchange
• Minor fabric color or print variations may occur based on stock availability and screen display differences
• Cotton settling over time is natural in cotton-filled mattresses
• Free promotional products, if applicable, are not eligible for return or exchange
• Free pillow colors/designs may vary depending on availability

We genuinely recommend customers carefully review all product specifications before placing the order to ensure the product perfectly matches their requirement.
